Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before 21 April 2025 for you to receive a full refund. Please note that refunds will not be granted if you receive a complimentary guest invitation. No exceptions. Cancellation requests received through 21 April will be processed within 14 business days. No refunds offered after 21 April 2025.
Registration includes access to the exhibit floor and technical sessions.

** Proceedings must be purchased separately. Proceedings are now available digitally through OnePetro®. Access codes will be emailed to those who register prior to 25 April 2025. If you register after 25 April, your proceeding access code will be emailed to you after the event.
If you are participating in the technical program you will receive a link to register from the OTC Program Manager, which must be used in order to receive the complimentary registration rate.
