CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@otcnet.org  and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 21 April 2025 to receive a refund, minus a USD 25 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 21 April 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. Please note that refunds will not be granted if you receive a complimentary guest invitation. No exceptions.

Student registrations are subject to a USD 10 administrative processing fee for cancellations.

There are no refunds for OTC ancillary event tickets.

* Membership in any of the OTC sponsoring, endorsing, supporting, or invited organizations.

** Proceedings must be purchased separately. Proceedings are available digitally through OnePetro®.  Access codes will be emailed to those who register prior to 25 April 2025. If you register after 25 April, your proceeding access code will be emailed to you after the event. The OTC 2025 Conference Proceedings will only be available for purchase through the registration link until Wednesday, 7 May 2025. After 7 May 2025, this year’s papers will be available to be purchased individually in OnePetro.

If you are participating in the technical program you will receive a link to register from the OTC Program Manager, which must be used in order to receive the complimentary registration rate.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution/replacement registrations are offered as a one-time courtesy as long as a badge has not been printed. Replacing a registered OTC attendee with a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted.

• Corporate Group packages must be paid online by 2 May 2025.

• Purchase four (4) 4-Day registrations in one group and get one (1) complimentary 4-Day registration.
  • Note: Group must be 4-Day registration entered at the same time to receive the discount. (Student and one-day registrations not included.)
    Registrations must be completed and paid online in order to receive this discount.
  • The first person you enter is the designated leader for the group. You must sign back into that record to access the confirmations.
  • To add members to your group, please add from the review and check out screen or the dashboard.
