- Nominee must be an early career professional with 10 years or less of industry experience
- Nominee must currently work in the offshore energy sector
- Nominee must be a member in good standing with one of OTC’s sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organizations
Nomination Process
- Identify one or more outstanding early career professional(s) within your sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organization
- Complete the online nomination form
- Request a resume or CV to include with the nomination form
Program Benefits
- Recipients will receive a complimentary 4-day registration to OTC 2024
- Recognition throughout OTC, including on the OTC website, social media platforms, and in the digital onsite program
- Recipients will be listed in the OTC Awards Display, a permanent awards display case in NRG Center
- Recipients will participate in the selection process of the Class of 2024
- Acknowledgment at an onsite awards ceremony
