  1. Select the BLUE Edit Existing Registration button on attendee landing page.
  2. Enter the email address and password used for registration.
  3. Select Hotel Reservation on the Dashboard.
  4. Enter dates for stay and search for hotel.
  5. Select hotel, View Rooms and Reserve
  6. Add and save guests
  7. Guarantee the room. Rooms are not held without a guarantee.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Hotel cancellation policies vary.  Please refer to your individual hotel confirmation for a specific cancellation policy. Remaining hotel room reservations can be canceled without penalty up to three business days prior to the day of arrival. After this time, hotels will charge a non-refundable 1-night room and tax deposit on all current reservations. Failure to arrive on your confirmed arrival date will result in one night’s room & tax charged to the credit card provided and your entire reservation will be canceled. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations can be made via the website or via e-mail until 5:00 pm ET on 4 April 2025. Please do not call the hotel prior to 21 April 2025, as the hotel may not have record of your reservation.

Note: When booking hotel arrangements, you have many options, but some can be time-consuming and the benefits don’t always pay off. Maritz is the official housing and travel coordinator for OTC. No other hotel/housing provider is authorized to contact you on behalf of OTC. We will vigorously pursue these other companies to prevent unauthorized contact.

Shuttle Services (Hotels and Park & Rides to NRG Park)

Book your hotel arrangements through OTC’s official provider, Maritz, and receive complimentary shuttle service to and from NRG Park from selected hotels.

  • Take Hwy. 59 (south) to Hwy. 288 (south)
  • Take Hwy. 288 (south) and exit Old Spanish Trail or Holly Hall; turn right
  • Turn left on Fannin or Kirby (if taking Old Spanish Trail)

From the South or Hobby (HOU) Airport

  • Take I-45 (north) to 610 (west)
  • Take 610 (west) to Kirby exit; turn right

From the East

  • Take I-10 (west) to 610 (south)
  • Take 610 (south) to Kirby exit; turn right

From the West

  • Take I-10 (east) to 610 (south)
  • Take 610 (south) to South Main exit; turn left
  • Turn right on Westridge or Murworth

NRG PARK PARKING – ONLY CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
Please allow plenty of time for the extra traffic around NRG Park during OTC. Close-in parking fills up quickly. After midmorning, consider exiting on South Main and park in the yellow, green, or teal lot. The parking fee at NRG Park is USD 25 plus tax per entry.
