Impact of Hydrogen in the Energy Transition and it's Role in Carbon Neutrality

Wednesday, 7 May
Room 204
Keynote Speaker Series
Driven by the tide of global energy transition, many oil and gas companies are setting their net-zero-emissions targets. Despite the current economic challenges, many are sustaining efforts to decarbonize their operations and their value chains. The industry continues to innovate as it prepares itself to play a major role in the future energy landscape. Our keynote speaker will discuss the role and how importance is the future of H2 in this energy transition over the next decade and beyond and what role industries are going to play in achieving the goal of $1 for 1 kg in 1 decade for carbon-neutral H2 production; and investment requirement and criteria, and how H2 is becoming future asset class in the energy transition journey. Speakers will also highlight hydrogen’s role as part of an all-of-the-above solution in reducing carbon footprint in applications ranging from ammonia production to green fuels to highly reliable data centers.
