This session will highlight the key factors in the development of a new nearshore LNG Liquefaction Terminal located offshore in The Republic of the Congo. This project has been titled the new frontier due to the upcycling of existing assets, designing and implementing a fit for purpose mooring system and successful plant start up in a record time frame. This project was made possible thanks to the collaboration between all parties having a true focus on the safe and fast project implementation. The papers in this session presented by some of the key stakeholders in the project will explain how their experience, expertise and innovation contributed to the project.
