The panel will provide a broad overview of Israeli cutting-edge technologies offering innovative solutions in security, software and monitoring contribute to shaping the future of offshore energy production worldwide. Israel is known as the “Start-Up Nation” and nurtures a vibrant technology ecosystem. Although Israel’s energy industry is young, innovators, entrepreneurs and academics have adjusted their historical foci, to address its growing energy sector. Among other issues of operational excellence, industry has been conducting an honest assessment of security issues, and how both physical and cyber security of critical infrastructure could be best addressed. The companies represented on the panel are involved in projects outside of Israel and will share their relative advantages and challenges.

As part of this panel discussion, Israeli technologies relevant to the global energy market will be showcased, with an emphasis on support services in the areas of: facility security and safety, software applications and communication, industrial technologies, monitoring, and control.
